Free Zumba Classes
Zumba includes music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. A combination of salsa, meringue, and hip hop, Zumba provides a cardio and strength workout.
Interested in learning Zumba? The Recreation department offers free lessons through one of our recreation partners.
Please note that lessons are typically 30 minutes in length, and are offered weekly for Adults.
Since these lessons are currently held on Zoom, participants will receive an e-mail with the log in information the day before (Wednesdays) by noon.
